Hello, I’m Elie.

I help people with trauma have better relationships.

I’m a trauma specialist focused on sexual and relational trauma healing through the intelligence of the body. I’m trained in Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting, two of the most rapid and effective trauma healing modalities out there. If you have PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, panic disorder, or OCD — or are experiencing extreme or chronic stress — I know I can help.

Trauma Healing Doesn’t Have to be Hard.

Too many of us put off trauma healing because we’re afraid of what we might find, when we look inside — or what we might remember. But what if the hard part was behind us? You don’t need to remember what happened — or share the details with me — to heal.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most people come to me having invested time and money in years of therapy, without getting the results they hoped for. The best way to discern if this work is a fit for you is to schedule a free one-hour call, where we’ll explore your needs and you’ll have a chance to experience the work.

  • This work takes months, not years. I usually work with clients for a minimum of six months, after which point most people experience lasting life-changing results. Some clients continue for a little longer, but I find that six months is a good minimum expectation.

  • Trauma healing doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, the most transformative results happen when we slowly, gently heal the nervous system and bring safety back to our bodies and relationships. We’ll work together to make sure your healing journey supports high-performance in every aspect of your life.

  • My professional fee for a six-month package is US$3,000. This is a comparable rate to psychotherapy, only my work takes a different approach to getting you rapid and effective results in your trauma healing journey.

  • You are welcome to invite your partner to your sessions, to support your process. This can be especially supportive around sexual trauma healing. Starting in late 2024, I will be offering couples sessions. Contact me to join the waitlist.

  • Trauma of all kinds impacts intimacy & authentic sexual self-expression. I am trained to work in sexuality and support you as you navigate your goals and desires around pleasure and intimacy. While sexuality and sexual practices may be referenced in our sessions, there is no nudity, sexual expression, or sexual exchange between us.

  • Working with the body is the foundation of my approach to trauma healing. When we create enough safety and slowness to feel our sensations, we tap into the body’s innate healing intelligence. This isn’t just something we need for healing, it’s something we need to life a thriving and authentic life.

  • We’ll meet on my HIPAA-compliant Zoom account, which has the highest level of encryption and security available. Sessions can be done from the privacy and comfort of your home, from anywhere in the world.
